Privacy notice

This is the marketing website for SimOps, operated by Chiark. It is a static site, and it is deliberately boring about your data.

No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, fonts or scripts. Everything the page needs is served from this site.

Server logs

Like almost every web server, ours keeps standard access logs — the IP address, user agent and page requested — used for security and for aggregate traffic statistics. They are not joined with any other data about you and are not shared with third parties.

If you email us

The contact links on this site open your own email client. If you write to us, we receive your address and whatever you send, and we use them to reply to you. We do not add you to mailing lists.

The live demo and the app

demo.sim-ops.io and app.sim-ops.io are separate applications with their own accounts and data handling. The demo runs on ephemeral, fictionalised sandbox worlds; nothing you do there is used to identify you.
